Stroboscopic motion analysis photograph

The motion of a man lowering his hands from above his head to his side can be usefully tracked and visualized with a stroboscopic process where the subject is recorded periodically either by flashinbg a repetitive flash or by periodically interruptinfg the camera's view of the subject by using a mechanical strobiscope. In this case the moving image was "time-sampled" by the periodic recording action of a video camera at 60 frames per second and the consecutive images stored in a Colorado Video 549 peak store imaging device.
